3. About the Service

4.3 Information from Third-Party Services
Social Login Providers. If you sign in using a third-party identity provider (Apple, Google, Facebook, or Microsoft), we receive only the profile information you authorize during the login flow — typically your name, email address, and profile photo. We do not receive your password for any third-party service. We do not post to your social media accounts or access any data beyond what is needed to create your LMMYR account.
AI Service Providers. When you use the Service to generate content, your prompt text is transmitted to third-party AI providers (such as OpenAI, Google, or Anthropic) to generate responses. By using this feature, you consent to the transmission of your User Content to these providers for processing. These providers may process your data according to their own privacy policies.
OCR Processing. When you upload a screenshot, the image is transmitted to Google's Gemini API for OCR. The original image is not retained after processing.
4.4 Sensitive Personal Information
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information, including Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, government-issued identification, health information, or biometric data. Do not submit sensitive personal information through the Service. See our Terms of Service for prohibited content.
5. How We Use Your Information

Automated Decision-Making Technology (ADMT) Disclosure
In compliance with the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), we disclose that user prompts submitted to the Service are processed by automated decision-making technology (third-party AI systems) to generate responses. This processing produces satirical entertainment content only. No significant decisions are made about you based on this processing. You have the right to opt out of ADMT as described in Section 10.
8. Data Retention

|---|---|
| Email signups | Until you request deletion |
